Thailand calls in 'Dancing Matt' to promote tourism Posted: 08 Dec 2011 08:46 PM PST Thai tourism officials are bringing in YouTube hit-maker Matthew Harding to shake his thing in a bid to help the country get back on its feet after the recent flood crisis. Better known to his millions of viewers as "Dancing Matt," his visit is part of the Tourism Authority of Thailand's (TAT) latest campaign, "Go Thailand: All that is missing is you." Harding's viral videos can be seen on his blog, "Where the Hell is Matt?" Basically, Harding travels around the world and videos himself dancing a jig on the spot in center frame while wearing a big, happy grin. He then edits the short clips to create an admittedly heartwarming but exhausting-looking video. |

Circumstances always seem to conspire against me. Last week, the stars finally aligned for us. As we walked through the doors, past the celebratory bouquets of white flowers lining the entrance, I felt that the timing couldn't have been better -- on November 29, Ryugin got its third Michelin star. |
