Lady Gaga visits Japan

Oh, to be a fly on the wall at a recent meeting of the government tourist body in Japan when it discussed one of the least palatable aspects of the drive to win back overseas tourists: how to warn them about future disasters.

There's no denying it's a desperately difficult task faced by the Japan Tourism Agency (JNTO) in the wake of March 11, but we're not sure launching a prominent disaster-warning service will actually encourage many (any?) more travelers to visit Japan.

Sometimes, Max and Felix deserve a break too. And when they do, you might feel a little envious.
