Where to dine this week: Michel Roux's special menus in Hong Kong Posted: 11 Nov 2012 11:27 PM PST Roux' Waterside Inn has held three Michelin stars for almost 30 years.Michel Roux Sr. is in Hong Kong this month, serving a special lunch and dinner menu from his world famous The Waterside Inn. Roux' restaurant has had three Michelin stars since pretty much forever. Roux and some of his England-based team will be at the Four Seasons' Caprice restaurant on 13-17 November. There will be a five and eight-course tasting dinner menu (HK$1,880 and $2,390pp) plus a five-course al la carte lunch menu. Add a service charge to all prices.
